J-1 waiver recommend letter

I found on the DOS website that the favoralble recommendation of my J-1 waiver was sent on Dec. 16 2003. But I haven't received anything up to now.

Only less than two months left before I submitt the H-1B application.

Anybody has some information to exchange?
