sorry to hear your same mistake

when I realized that mistake, I called my lawyer,he suggested me to file a new application to TSC and ignore the Chicago one, so I sent a new application to TSC rihgt away for my wife (she needed EAD urgently) with a new check. we the EAD card in three weeks!!!
my EAD application is still hanging in Chicago, since I do not need it urgently, I just wait and see what's going on with them, so far nothing happened. one funny thing was they asked me to do one more fingerprint, and I did it following their instruction, I'm so curious what they will do: transfer to TSC or return or reject or .....
if you need EAD now, don't waste your time and file a new application now! if you have time to play with them, just wait like me.....
