We still get some hopes in Sep and Oct's visa bulletin

We still get chance to be assigned some unused visas from other current countries in EB2. As long as world EB2 is current, the rest of un-used visa numbers are re-allocated to China and India. But do not expect a lot.

While, for the new year starting Oct, all 2007's numbers would be available.

So, why should we give up positive predications? It will move forward!
