問xiaobaitu和其他朋友關於"NIW PHYSICIAN" 的問題

去年年底時很多九月遞到TSC的朋友都收到類似的140 APPROVAL NOTICE 如下。後來有一些朋友的APPROVAL NOTICE 改正過來了。我的到現在還沒改過來，眼看著EB-2 PD 有希望到了，是不是應該主動聯係CIS更正啊？想通過INFOPASS 約個時間，有必要嗎？順便想問問NAME CHECK 的情況。我的CASE STATUS 從140批了後就一直沒有UPDATE，包括FP 後都沒有LUD。怎麽回事啊？

"The above petition for a NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVER-PHICIAN (NIW PHYSICIAN) has been approved. The person this petition is for will be noticed separatively when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application. Pursuant to 8 CFR 203(b)(2), the Form I-485, cannot be adjudicated until the applicant completes 3 or 5 (whichever is applicable) years of employment in an underserved area."
