求助！H-1申請過程出錯

今年5月畢業，7月開始工作。公司的律師從6月開始辦Advanced Degree H1， 用Premium process。6月22日遞上材料，今天律師告知申請過程出錯，需要重新申請。
“the employees in the USCIS mailroom incorrectly rejected your H-1B petition filing - they didn't realize it is an advanced degree case and not a regular case.”
這種情況常見嗎？眼看高學位名額也剩餘不多，很是擔心。除了等，我還能做什麽？

感覺這個律師不好。和她聯係總是不回複。但我和她不曾相識，也不至於難為我吧？
