後來reinstatment成功，目前我是 H4， 想回國一趟，谘詢律師， 律師講既然reinstatment成功，說明以前的out of status problem 已經fixed，

所以在返簽DS-156 表格中，question:

Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa, or been unlawfully present in, or deported from, the United States

應該選擇NO,

所以對H4返簽沒有影響，請教各位大俠，是這樣嗎？
