Please help,about B2!!!

I have been U.S. for almost two years,but I never go back to China during this time,so I'd like to get my Mum here for my graduation(I plan to graduate in August). I have no idea about the procedure to apply for B2. If you have the similar experience, would you please forword me some information or some good websites or BBS.
