I submit my I-140 to NSC in April 2006. They did not touch

my case yet.I don't think there is any rule in NSC they follow.To me I still believe they process the case randomly. If you are lucky, you may get approved within crazy 10 days to one month. if not, they may not touch your case half year. Another thing that I don't understand is that why when you post something to complain about USCIS, there are alway someone in this forum to piss you. Why they alway complain to chinese govrnment this and that when they were back to china and complain nothing in US as if they are gentlements when they were born. Is US really so powerful such that trouble guys could become nice guys whenever they have a chance to come to US?
