You will receive the approval notice (I-797).
You will not need to get your passport stamped, you will receive your physical card with 2 weeks.

I received my I-797 yesterday, and got emails saying 'card mailed' on Tuesday.

My PD is 05/2001, LC approved in 2004 too.
