被name check 已經4個多月了，怎麽辦阿，

入籍被name check 已經4個多月了，怎麽辦阿，
麵試開始之前那個人就給我說我被name check了，麵試完了，給了一個N-652 Naturalization Interview Result 說是pending for name check.在form 的最下麵有幾排小字說根據336 of the Immigrantion and Nationality Act , you have the right to request a hearing before an immigration officer if your application is denied or before the US district court if USCIS has not made a determination on your application within 120 days of date of your examination.
現在有點不明白，是不是可以去告INS阿 ，不過又聽小白兔等專家說告也沒有用，因為name check 是FBI的事，不知道現在怎麽辦阿。
