Overlapping Payments from Two Companies Ok for H1B Transfer?

I am leaving company A for Company B, but I have some vacation days left at company A. I am to start working for company B next week, but I want to use my paid vacation days to extend my last day at company A. Then there will be some overlapping days and payments for me at Company A and Company B? Will this cause some problem in the future?
