EB based I-485 for no income relatives, 需要I-134表嗎？

有很多人說需要。但是485表裏並沒有提及。如果需要，真的一定要Statement from an officer of the bank? 銀行的信件行不行啊？

另外employment letter一定要說是temporary or permanent position嗎？
