My case is EB2 RIR, TSC

PD Aug-2001
LC Approve Oct-2004.
I140/I485 RD: 1/2005
I140 Approve: 2/2005
FP: 7/1/2005
LUD: 7/6/2005
NC: send to FBI 2/2005, still pending by 6/16/2006.

I file a FOIPA, write to Mr. Hardy ask for help, e-mail to FBI name check e-mail, by far no reply.
