那一旦你H-1被拒,這個根本的大前提都沒有了,你說是什麽結果?
It doesn't make sense.
When you start using EAD, you'll lost H-1 status, but it doesn't have bad impact on your immigration.
It's the similar situation here, if your H-1 is rejected, you enter US using AP and start using EAD.
Why do you think it's not feasible?
