TN is for Canadian citizen only,but TD doesn't care,if

his/her spouse is a TN holder,I ever saw the situation.
If your visa still valid,you may get a new I-94 at boarder checkpoint,else you hvae to renew your TD visa at US consulate first because you aren't a Canadian
citizen.
