my concern on EB CATERGERY

MY I 140 and 485 RD 9 27, 2005, NIW TSC
140 PD 10 16, 2005.
the problem is there was filled UNKNOWN in the recept and approval notice in the catergery even I applied the NIW.
what can I do?
