My daughter is candaian citizen with 2 and half year old. She is staying with my parents in canada now.i'd like to bring her to US next month and send her i-485 application when she is in US.My i-140 approved in oct, 2005 (EB-1b), I-485 is pending.We have used AP this year. My question is: what type visa my daughter will have? if she gets B-1/B-2, can I send her I-485 even if she is a visitor?
