vaccine for medical exam through family doctor?

Has anyone gotten vaccines from family doctor to meet the INS requirements before going to Civil Surgeon who charges too much in NJ for all vaccines.I think Oxford Insurance does cover some cost of vaccine if you do it through your family doctor. Can anyone share? Thank you.
