1. If I make an appointment 3 months after I file EAD , How long can I get the interim EAD, same day, or several days later?

2. Is it possible to ask for an interim EAD around 2 months?

3. If EAD has been approved but I haven't received it after 3 monthes, can I ask for interim EAD ? You know, It takes a long time to receive a mail from USCIS.
