I think the processing speed at BEC will be slow as always

So, I do not worry about the PD will reach 1/1/2006 by the end of this year or even earlier. Several reasons to support: during 2001 to 2004, job market was not good; BEC will process in a slow way as always; not a lot of PERM cases were sumbitted during 03/2005 to 1/1/2006.
