VSC is the slowest.
I believe they will pick up the speed very rapidly as:
1) FB retrogressed a year further back
2) They transfered bulk of concurrent 1140/485 cases
to TSC and NSC
3) After 07/01/06, all 485 cases will have to go to
NSC even the 140 was approved at VSC
