1. You don't need to recieve the skin test and get immunized by shots because of your pregnancy. But maybe later you need do upon the request of USCIS.

2. I think it was over 10 years but not sure if it is still valid. If not so inconvenient I suggest to get new one. Maybe other brothers and sisters may help you on this.
