回複：transfer/link previouly filed I-485 to EB1B I-140

I had exact same question posted before but nobody answered it. I went to online search and found the website: http://www.hooyou.com/lc/faq.html and http://www.greencardapply.com/ea/ea_faq_william.htm. I wrote email to Dr. William and he replied "Just send a letter to the service center asking for the transfer of I-485 to EB-1.". I am still not very sure about this question, so I consulted with my H-1B lawyer and he said the same thing. Therefore, I send a letter with my aprroved I-797 form to CSC and the online status shows my case (485) is updated and my NIW case is also updated. Hopefully, see more helpful information here.
