I totally agree with you!!!

NIW (VSC) RD 09/22/05, ND 09/28/05, Transferred to NSC on 05/11/06, No LUD, No decision.

I called USCIS and got completely different responses. They seem very ridiculous. The waiting time provided by them are respectively 30 days, 60 days, 120 days to 180 days from the date of transfer. I don't know which one I shall trust. They also told me that there is no resource I can rely on to track my case, except for a patient wait. I even submit a written case enquiry, but no reply yet. Anyway, let's stay strong together in such a difficult situation. At least, one thing may cheer us up that the cut-off date for EB2 has progressed to March 1, 2005. We hope that the date for EB2 will turn into Current while our NIW cases are approved. Good Luck!
