I submited to VSC on March 20,transfered to TSC on Apr 25,approved on May 26.
I did it by myself(EB2).
I did not have recommedation letter,juts filled out the form with Company's 2004 Tax return,diploma.
Following the i-140 instruction is enough with the required documents.
If you need,i may give you a list for EB2.
