no.. that's the first thing they asked. they are asking all the three prong as well which totally blew my mind away. for example, they asking intrinsic merit which i should be totally fine because I am working in medical device industry to reduce heart attack and mortality rate.... my attorney told me now TSC is doing that, RFE without carefully looking into the initial submission...
