Xiaobaitu: help! Laber certificate was reject

I received the reject letter for my case is closed due to intimely and imcomplete response for the employee letter.

Actually my boss signed the letter and send out on time, and we still keep the FedEx receipt.

Anyone know this situation, and what should I do?
