Compared with the other RFE I saw on this web from NSC and the RFE I got for my 140, yours is really a friendly one.

Just give whatever the VO asked and add more independent letters (3-4 is enough). A concise cover letter(around 10 pages) is important to address your work is NIW (national wide) and influential in your field.
I did my RFE myself and it got approved.
