using EAD to work for NIW-based approved cases

Hi, Everyone,

My NIW 140 was approved. My 485 was filed early 2005 and still pending. Visa number is available June 1st. I recently got a job offer and need to work with EAD (company won't sponsor H1B). I am wondering if anyone knows about the risk of using EAD for NIW cases. Thanks.
