緊急求助!! GAP on H1B Transfer

失業兩個多月後,得道一個OFFER, 但是公司說H1b有兩個月的GAP, 屬於非法,說不能轉.眼看一個救命的OFFER就要泡湯,難道真的這麽命苦嗎? 各位前輩有什麽好的建議嗎? 不勝感激.
