please help, Xiaobaitu!

My hu*****and applied GC through PERM last year. He got his PERM approved in June and submitted 140 & 485 together on 08/01/05. I submitted 485 at the same time. After then, there was no any respond except my 485 was required additional imformation. (my physical examanation doctor made a mistake, I already sent the corrected result in may, 2006). Right now, the processing date for 140 in VSC is in Jan, 2006, his receipt date is Aug, 2005. We asked his lawyer many times, she said we need be patient. She said she wrote a letter to CIS already in April and called them in May, but from CIS website, there is no any update since March 15. On march 15, all three cases (his 140 & 485 and my 485) were updated and I got the email about additional information for 485, but no anything about his 140 &485. My hu*****and also called CIS, but they said they only release information to petitioner. Now we worried a lot. According to our lawyer the only thing we can do is waiting and the processing date is useless. We really suffer. Would you give us some suggestion? Thanks in advance!
