Do I need a visa to go to Canada for 2 days?

Hi, I'm a Chinese student who lives in the US with a F1 visa. I want to go to Canada for a visit for about 2 days, do I need to apply for a visa for this short trip? If I don't need to apply for a visa, what do I need to bring for the trip? Thank you for your advices.
