apply AP, Part 7>pls help who has filed this form before

I am submitting the AP for my travel, in the part 7, it says"On a separate sheet(s) of paper, pls explain how you qualify for AP and what circum..."

My Q is: do i need to write a explain letter to explain, or just attach i-485 receipt is enough?
