I have one question for you.
Do you know when your name check passed? I just call TSC center yesterday, my name check is still pending in FBI for 6 months ( submitted to FBI Nov-2005). My PD is July-2001, and I-485/I-140 submission Jan-2005,(I-140 approved Feb-2005).FP Jun-2005, what shall I do? Feel desperation!!!
