Yes, we do get RFE for our 140, but that's in 2005 Febuary.No any update information about our 485 case after finger print.Just today, we received the email notice, but not the paper work yet.

It is really a hard time for us. Our first application(140/485) was filed when my wife was F-1 and after that was turned down, we worried a lot about her status.It turns out to be OK.
