H-1 transfer with lower pay ok with 485 pending?

NIW I140 approved,485 pending. Got an offer for research associate for 40k/year from the other university. Now woking as postdoc for 52k/year. Is it Ok to move? I am afraid 485 REF for employement letter which will show lower salary. Any advices are high appreciated.Thanks a lot!
