our 45 letter was received and replied. After about 2 months, there was no response from DOL. Then we learned from our lawyer that our case was closed because the Dol didn't get our reply letter. We showed the evidence (the signiture from them on the special delivered letter) and they agreed to reopen our case. It has been almost 2 months and everytime the lawyer inquire the DOL just tell him "we are working on it". Is there any way we can speed up the process? We filed our case in 2002. I really don't know when we will get our green card. I feel the most unlucky things are upon me and I feel deeply depressed.
