非法移民 how to undertstand this? if i am here for 5 years as F1 student but i work ilegally ? am i a illegal? if i used to be a F1 from 2000 to 2005 and i am a B1/b2 visitor, do i qualify for this?

by the way, USA will allow the illegal people stay this time, no matter how many dicusss they will do.
