請教各位: 我的I-140(NIW)於5/11由VSC轉至NSC，

隨後有兩次LUD(5/12, 5/13), 5/16收到Notice(信封是NSC的，Notice是VSC寫的) 告知被轉走，沒有來自NSC已收到case的email和Notice。這是否正常? 有沒有相同情況的? 現在的狀態如下:
