I need some legal advise from you guys.
I'm ready to file I140.
My hu*****and wants to change the status from H4 to F1. After he talked with the
school immigration adviser, the adviser pointed out
the possible legal risk of change status while I file
I140 at the same time.

Should I hold my I-140 submittion unless my hu*****and changes to F1 successfuly?

Can I file I-140 only for myself, and when it is ready to file i485, then include my hu*****and.
