question for mytwocents

My PD of 140 is on Dec, 4 2005, and approved on Dec.10, 2005. suppose the EB1 blocklog will run to Jan 2006 next month. Can I submit my 485 next month, or I have to waiting the blocklog go to "current", Thanks a lot in Advance
