Please help: H1B transfering or new H1-B application

I have a H1-B extended by my current employer to 2009. I will chang my job in August 2006. 1) What should I choose when I fill in the Form I129: a) New employment (including new employer filing H1-B extension or e) Change of employer.

2) If e) is chosen, does this mean transfering of my current H1-B? Thanks.
