Dont worry. You can renew your passport even after it expired.

Where do you live? Go to the nearest Chinese consulate, or you can mail it to them.

Call the nearest Chinese travel agent, they usually take that as business.

As to me, we have Chinese school nearby, so the travel agent came to our school on the weekends, to help with passport and visa to China.
