請問排期，I485pending, I140priority date10/12/2004

1) 我申請的是outstanding prof. or researcher，
approval notice上寫的是Sec.203(b)(1)(B)
不知道應該算1st preference還是2nd preference？

2) 今天看到的visa bulletin，大陸出生，
1st preference是07/01/2005,2nd preference是07/01/2004
如果我算是1st preference，那就說明近期有希望了？
