that is a bull shit from her. my case was processed on Dec.22nd with received date in DC on Oct 3rd.
But, it is still in the queue, if that case has been sent, she will have a record to tell you. that lady just asked me to be patient to wait, it should not be much time since there are holidays going on.

the stupid thing i did is i forgot to write down the tracking number i sent out last time, so i have to wait blindly.
