Ad cost ~$1000
Perm to I-485, ~$4500-7000 according to my knowledge
Usually takes about 2.5+month for Perm to be filed, could be as fast as 12 hours to get it approved, or as I heard, somebody got Perm approved. My lawyer usually get Perm approved within 2 weeks.
