Help:LUD after I140 approval

Hi, I am really worried now since I saw a LUD on my 140 EB1-EA today. The case was approved 2 weeks ago. It is not related to I485, since I haven't filed it yet. What is the possible reason? Have you ever seen this kind of thing?
