我估計的沒錯. EB3 is not affect so much by 245i.

Since 245i's PD is before 05/01/2001. Who will still say that 245i are still in the backlog center? We all know that backlog centers are processing cases of 2002. Most 245i have got out from backlog center and been able to submit 140/485 together since long ago.

EB3 is slower because too many RIRs in EB3, not 245i.
