Because during 2002 to 2004, few Chinese people came

to USA, but since 2005, more and more Chinese people landed on USA. So there will have thousands cases accumulated in 2005, before 1st OCT.

So that is why I guess Chinese EB2 will slow down, maybe very slow..........
