Help! I140 case status, what does that mean?

My previous center is Vermont, I submitted my I140 NIW December 2005. On Apr 24, 2006, I received a notice of transfering my case to Texas center. 2 days ago, I received the following notice. Does this mean my date change to May 10, 2006 instead of Dec 2005? Does it really taks 400 and 450 days to process? I am really worried... help please!
